We're just waiting for the street sweepers to start cleaning the bike lanes ... then we will officially say good-bye to the skiing and get on our bikes to start the training season outdoors! If you live in other parts of the country, you might already be outside on the bikes, training for your 2009 triathlons. Or you still have a few more weeks of snow to go.
Either way, we're hoping you're getting excited about triathlon training this season, and about participating in the Apple Triathlon in August.
