As it is getting colder in the Okanagan (and yes, we already had some snow!) the Kelowna Apple Triathlon team is already working hard on the 2010 edition of the race. Once again we will be hosting the National Championships and promise another exciting event. Enjoy the off season, maybe a few weeks of easy or cross training (skate skiing works wonderfully!) and then get excited for the 2010 triathlon season!
